This is your conductor, Bob, and I have a really important announcement to make. Please stand by……
After much thought and deliberation, I must hang up this conductor’s cap. This cap, while being comfortable and enjoyable to wear, has become a bit heavy. I have found that I have started paying too much attention to the mechanics of the train. I have forgotten the beautiful scenery that has been passing me by. I will always continue to give some diligence to the train and to the tracks upon which I am riding. However, I must now concentrate on this journey and my fellow passengers.
There may again be a time in which I turn my attention back here, even for a short period of time. I might still have more stories that need travel time and run their course. Until then, I will be here, enjoying my journey, Learning, Laughing, Living, and Loving.
